WHY DID WE CREATE ZADASI?

Since it was founded in 2021, ZADASI has been dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs and women in business design their own success.

When Brad Menachemson, Michelle Patschke, Eric Samdahl, and Susie Miller founded ZADASI, they had a singular goal in mind: to create a better, more equitable future for women in business, and move the needle forward in providing funding opportunities for women founders.

Named after Brad’s wife and two daughters, Zara, Daniella, and Sierra, ZADASI is committed to seeing this happen in our lifetime as we leave a legacy for generations to come.

An imbalance in any one of these pillars can jeopardize the ability to operate at a high level. Women often are left to navigate these elements of their lives alone and under pressure.

As the CEO of ZADASI, Susie is passionate about bringing this life-changing opportunity to as many women as possible. She has seen and experienced the limitations placed on women and is determined to change things.

As a business strategist, Susie works with Fortune 500 leaders, high-net-worth entrepreneurs, and change-makers and offers targeted solutions to complex problems when the stakes are high. A sought-after and dynamic speaker, Susie loves inspiring and equipping audiences to greater success.

BRAD MENACHEMSON

CO-FOUNDER

Brad is passionate about the notion and power established through the collective sharing of knowledge and network. Along with his significant commercial track record in developing and growing brands both in Australia and abroad he enjoys acting as a strategic early seed investor, President of ZADASI and industry mentor.

Brad’s vision and mission of levelling the playing field for women entrepreneurs and women in business is driven by his two daughters and wife. He believes that it only takes a small shift in the pendulum to effect real change.

Brad has successfully taken 2 businesses to eight figure exits and clearly understands what it takes to grow, scale, and exit successful brands. His vision is for ZADASI is to become a legacy brand that serves the greater community of empowered women for generations to come.

MICHELLE PATSCHKE

CO-FOUNDER

Michelle is a co-founder of ZADASI and loves helping people streamline, optimize and align their lives with their passions to be the very best they can be. She has spent the majority of her career as an international artist and the founder of Michelle Nicole Art, refining her business acumen with a focus on marketing, sales, business strategy, and community development.

With an extensive background in communications, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving, Michelle is an expert in leadership, implementation, and project management.

Sitting comfortably in both the visionary and integrator role, Michelle enjoys the thrill of working with brilliant minds to create new things and solve problems for her clients and communities.

ERIC SAMDAHL

CO-FOUNDER

Eric is on a mission to fix entrepreneurship and the broken system it’s built upon. When he looked at the world, he discovered two really big problems. The first one was that he’s found the critical mistake that most entrepreneurs make is they allow data to dictate all their decisions, resulting in time-consuming stress, confusion, and stagnation, ultimately stripping them of their power. For over 25 years, he has been growing businesses in good times and bad.

He’s an international speaker on leveraging your intuition in business and is currently writing his first book on the same. He’s run multiple businesses at one time (5+) and works as a fractional CEO/COO to help companies scale. As a co-founder of ZADASI, his passion project, his mission is to remove the barriers that have blocked women and to fix the system that is fundamentally broken.

Paris is a Blue Ocean Strategist, sought-after mentor, and seasoned entrepreneur. She loves supporting women to achieve unlimited success and live in possibility.

Paris is a five-time published author, speaker, and media personality with an experience-rich corporate career that included a pivot from stockbroking to law school.

She cut her teeth as CEO of Planet Cake, transforming it from a tiny cake shop to a #1 national brand and seven-figure business that included book deals and a reality TV show.

She believes the people she works with have the power to change the world, save the environment, and bring about radical positive change.
